Finally, a smidgeon of progress. Weighed in today at 259 even, but 36.3% body fat...which means I actually lost some fat and gained some muscle. I attribute this mostly to the yardwork I did last week (lots of it!)

So what kind of stuff are you doing differently?
Overall, I've changed the way I eat...I have yogurt or oatmeal in the morning, a protein shake at lunch time, and whatever I want for dinner. It's what my doctor recommended, and it has worked for me before.
I'm trying to stay away from sweets, which is my biggest weakness and downfall. Especially ice cream. Mmmmm, ice cream.
Beyond that, if I don't have anything really physical planned for the day (like the crazy amounts of yardwork I did last week) I try to get in a short workout in the morning, and a walk or bike ride later in the day. This is the thing I'm most inconsistent about, and what needs to improve the most.
